Practice relaxation, create felt safety, and make connections through individual, couples, and family therapy.

A safe place for healing mind, body, and soul

Holistic Mental Health Counseling

Peace and regulation are possible through connection and repair.

Chaos doesn't have to be your norm.

I offer individual, couples, and family counseling with an emphasis on trauma informed care and polyvagal theory, I utilize evidenced based practices and an integrated approach to help you find hope, heal, and reach your goals.

Your guide to healthy relationships and a calm(er) nervous system

Individuals with anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence will explore and practice coping/regulation skills through grounding, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, relaxation, movement, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices to understand their patterns and strengths to advocate for themselves to not only improve their mental health, but overall wellness. Individuals will learn ways to communicate more effectively to change generational patterns, set boundaries, and improve interpersonal relationships.

Get unstuck. Rewrite your story and experience growth.

Let’s help you thrive.

You don’t
have to be in survivor mode.

Individual Counseling

You’re a good parent to a good kid, but you’re ashamed to say sometimes it gets really hard. Your kid is explosive, you’re responsive, and you both lash out. It doesn’t have to be this way. Kids will learn new skills to regulate their bodies and manage their emotions through play, art, and adventure therapy techniques. Caregivers are empowered in parenting strategies and gain support as they navigate through the difficulties of parenthood.

Find hope. Restore Connection. Repair relationships.

Parenting
is tough. You’ve tried everything.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Couples and families will understand their unique communication pattern and how it impacts their relationship. They will learn ways to effectively communicate, coregulate together, identify generational patterns, work through shared or individual trauma, set boundaries, and improve connection.

Heal. Grow. Reconnect.

You can’t keep going on like this.

Couples and Family Therapy

If you are a dependent or trainee status clinician (CT, LPC) seeking out supervision, I provide trauma-informed care supervision and consultation. With a background in family systems work and individual counseling, I can help you achieve your independent license or provide consultation on cases that need more support.

Supervision Support

With a systems background, I take an integrative approach to counseling. I consider my client's overall health and wellness to reach their goal of living a healthier life.

Based on location and level of need, home, school, and community based appointments may be available. When working with children or families, it can sometimes be more effective to see the child or family in their natural environment.

Community Based Appointments

It’s not what’s wrong with you, it’s about what happened to you. I believe that trauma is a normal response to an abnormal event. We will work collaboratively to practice skills to get out of survival mode.

What sets me apart

I am currently offering telehealth and community based sessions in Northeast Ohio to individuals 5 and up. Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes, but may be adjusted based on need. Clients using insurance should be aware of their patient responsibility and session cost for those not using insurance is $125. The first one or two sessions are set aside for gathering information and assessment, without insurance, charged a fee of $140. Because I believe mental health treatment should be available to everyone, a sliding fee can be made available upon request. Treatment outlook and goals will be different for everyone. Sessions are typically more frequent at the beginning of treatment and taper off throughout time in order to empower you to practice the skills you are learning. I encourage you to communicate your expectations throughout the course of treatment.

What will therapy look like?

I start counseling with kids about age 5, but it may look different than your typical idea of what therapy looks like. For younger kids, it is mostly skill building, practicing coping skills, coregulating with them (which may look like play, exercise, breathing, or art) and less processing and talking. At this age, I expect a lot more caregiver involvement in our sessions, parent coaching and strategy talk.

At what age can therapy start and what can I expect?
